For younger, new swimmers in their first years of competitive swimming. Complete focus on instruction and technique-oriented. Emphasis on teaching the four competitive strokes in a comfortable, fun environment.

Monthly Dues: $60 or Quarterly Dues: $165.00

USS Dues: $59.00 per swimmer annually.

Swimmers who have demonstrated consistent mastery of basic stroke fundamentals, and some more advanced concepts. Introduction to conditioning accompanies continued emphasis on improving technique.

Monthly Dues: $70 or Quarterly Dues: $190.00

USS Dues: $59.00 per swimmer annually.

Swimmers who demonstrate consistent mastery of basic stroke fundamentals who are ready for more conditioning and competitive emphasis. Continued instruction becomes an important component to swimmer development at this level.

USS Dues: $59.00 per swimmer annually.
