Please bring your bags and clothes on deck. Do not leave your stuff in the locker rooms during practice!!!

Please be on deck and ready for practice with cap, goggles and water bottle.

RFST is a parent run, non-profit organization. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, Sep 10^th at Godfathers Pizza Night from 6:30-7:30pm. Please plan on attending.

The newsletter and calendar will be posted at the pool and on the web site. Each swimmer has a folder with the newsletter and calendar and they are responsible for bringing it home. If you would like to be notified via email, please send your email address to rfst@rfst.org

I would like to thank those parents who have volunteered their time and effort this year.

By enduring a $5 parking fee and hot weather, the parents of RFST came together with one common goal...make money for the team. We have received a $1,000 check for helping with the triathalon at Deep Lake. I was skeptical that this would even happen but parents, you pulled it off.

This check came just in time as we took a serious hit from the burglary at the fireworks stand. The stand was one of the fundraisers designed to keep our heads above water during the slow winter season. Next year we will have the firework stand ourselves, so we'll be needing your help once again. Thanks for all you do!

Congratulations to Celeste Bettencourt for breaking the 15 year old record in the backstroke. She swam a time of 1:04.39. Way to go !!!!!!
