Please bring your bags and clothes on deck. Do not leave your stuff in the locker rooms during practice!!!

Please be on deck and ready for practice at 5:00, with cap, goggles, and water bottle.

RFST is a parent run, non-profit organization. Our next meeting will be on Monday, Jan 27^th from 6:30-7:45 in the Art Room @ the Enumclaw Middle School. Please plan on attending.

RFST welcomes all swimmers back from the holiday break. Please make sure to pay your RFST and USS dues.

All swimmers are required to pay USS dues. The fee is $40 dollars for each swimmer and is good for the year. You will need to fill out a new 2003 USS form. You may get the form from the coach or the treasurer.

Please pay ASAP. Your swimmer cannot swim in January if they have not paid USS dues.

Please make the check out to RFST and send the check and the form to the treasurer or coach.
