Please bring your bags and clothes on deck. Do not leave your stuff in the locker rooms during practice!!!

Please be on deck and ready for practice with cap, goggles and water bottle.

RFST is a parent run, non-profit organization. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, Dec 10^th at Godfathers Pizza Night from 6:30-7:30pm. Please plan on attending.

The newsletter and calendar will be posted at the pool and on the web site. Each swimmer has a folder with the newsletter and calendar and they are responsible for bringing it home. If you would like to be notified via email, please send your email address to rfst@rfst.org

RFST Holiday party is December 14^th @ 4 p.m. at the Petersen's home. Please RSVP!

RFST Pizza Fundraiser is Dec 10^th from 6-8pm. Please plan on attending to support the team.

If you are ordering team sweat suits, the order needs to be turned into Coach Ann by December 15^th.

Swimmers only need to pay 1/2 month dues for the month of December. Please remember to pay USS dues this month. If your swimmer goes back to swim in January and has not paid the USS dues they will not be able to swim until they are paid.

If your checked is delivered on the 16^th, a $5 dollar late fee will be applied to your dues. Please pay on time. Since this is a non-profit organization, we would appreciate any money and time saved.
